Ashley Campbell Kenney is the owner of A. Kenney Jewelry, a fine jewelry store specializing in antique and vintage jewelry located in Corpus Christi. Ashley is a first-generation jewelry store owner, a rarity in the fine jewelry industry. Ashley has been in the jewelry business since 2004, and her own store was established in 2016. She was working on a master’s degree in education when she decided to take a part time job at a fine jewelry store. She quickly fell in love with the business and changed paths. She is a graduate gemologist through the Gemological Institute of America (G.I.A.) and holds the title of Advanced Valuation Specialist (A.V.S.) from The Appraisals Institute Society (A.I.S.). Ashley is the only Gems and Jewelry Advanced Valuation Specialist in Texas. She is trained and qualified to be an expert witness in the Gems and Jewelry field. Ashley is passionate about all things jewelry related, but her most precious gem is her 3 year old daughter. And her husband Mike is by far her biggest fan.

Nikki Riojas, owner of Made in Corpus Christi, is no stranger to the world of small business. She and her husband Andrew own Milestones, a custom awards and recognition company, and they launched Made in Texas Co. in 2021. Nikki is the Founder of the Women's Entrepreneur Society of Corpus Christi; a marketing consultant for the Small Business Development Center at Del Mar College and Texas State University; and is a member of the Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the American Advertising Federation–Corpus Christi board of directors. A mom, wife, and big thinker, she knows the value of work-life balance even if she rarely gets it.
